Before I continue with the outing, I wanted to show you the giveaway I won from
My Yellow Farmhouse. Wasn't I lucky? If you're interested in any of these wonderful items, you can find them on Karen's online store,
Farmhouse Woolens. Thanks Karen...I love everything!
Little bunny guy found a home!
If you remember, I blogged about this Antique Mall back in
November. It's always fun to head back to Redmond to see what's new there. Warning...this post has lots of pictures. I'll try to keep my comments to a minimum but I'm not guaranteeing anything! LOL
The porch always has some fun wood primitive goodies on it.
Lots of kitchen-y things.
This is always my favorite booth. Wooden bowls, braided rugs, tableware shaker boxes, yelloware and on and on...
Another booth had a whole cabinet of old tins.
CrossStitch and applique combination.
Campbell's soup kids.
Click on the picture to enlarge.... It's in SPANISH! That cracked us up!
The red/white room. I think
Monica would probably move into it.
I love old milk jars.
Hey,
Anne, check out all the chocolate rabbit molds. Although, you probably have them already!
Hmmm...I don't really consider these gals to be antiques, because if THEY are, then what am I? Oh Yikes!
And, you wanted to see what I bought? ROFL! Just kidding!
Congratulations on your MYF win -- looks like a great bunch of goodies -- Karen is such a sweetheart! That antique mall looks like a great place too!
ReplyDeleteOh boy - I see a lot of goodies that could live very happily in my home *s*
ReplyDeleteOoh, I love your prize!
ReplyDeleteI could browse in this shop for HOURS and HOURS. Maybe it's a good thing I'm not closer to that place.....my wallet would hurt.
Lucky you, Anne to win from Karen! Great gifties! Oh - can we go antiquing together?!! I love that store -what fun - I even saw one of my yellow bowls in one of the photos! And I would have snatched those rabbit molds in an instant! I'll pick up Monica on the way down and we'll have a blast!
ReplyDeleteCheers!
Oh Whew! I have been tempted to go see whats new for spring, it is much safer to peek via your pictures.
ReplyDeleteYour bunny has found a good home.
O.K. me thinks that give away was rigged! LOL. Just kidding! Monica and the red room. Ha! She can stand in line! I live closer so I bet I can get there first. ;o) Just kidding M. O.K. I've been thru Redmond more than once. How did I miss that store? Oh I know. Hubby was in a hurry to go wrestle some cows! Imagine. ;o) ooxx`jod
ReplyDeleteWhat a great win you recieved from Karen, what a sweetheart she is!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to be at that antique store for hours and hours. Love your favorite booth too!

Rondell
Seeing all those pictures looks like you were at the antique mall right here in our town! You've got a lucky streak with Karen for sure!
ReplyDeleteThat Antique Mall is to die for. We have a very small junk store in my town and I could spend a day there. I can't imagine how long I would be in that store!!
ReplyDeleteHi Anne What lovely gifts to receive. I'm an antique junkie. We go out everyweekend to look for new stuff. Where is Redmond? Linda
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your win...what wonderful gifties...That antique mall has awesome stuff.
ReplyDeleteI just picked myself up from the floor. I fainted! I want one of everything. Better still, I want to move there. But on the other hand, I's be constantly broke...as in no more money. I WANT those rabbit molds...bawwwww!
ReplyDeleteI think that's even better eye candy than fabric...but maybe not wool.
And your prize, Anne...I love everything, especially the yellowware bowls.
Nice goodies you got from Miss Farmhouse. Love that bunny.
ReplyDeleteI think the red room is my favorite on your little trip to the antique shop. Who knew the angels were antiques?? lolol
Hi, Anne! I tried to email you to answer the question you left on my blog but it bounced back :( So...I'll try here:
ReplyDeleteSo, is it pretty self explanatory or are you a techy person? I've heard about it but not sure I want to invest time in the Learning curve! How about a tutorial!
No, I am not a techy person LOL! I just muddle along. This program seems very intuitive. Main thing I like is the ability to put pictures where you want them.
Hi Anne, Love your blog!!
ReplyDeleteDo you offer a pattern for the wonderful topper in your header picture? I love it and would be interested in making one!
Blessings, Kimberly
Hi Anne!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your winnings! How nice that would be to receive those nice things in the mail!
I'm glad you had fun on your outing; it looks like you have some very nice stores in that area. It's probably hard to decide what you can't live without!
Have a nice day!
C. C.
What a delightful place to visit. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
ReplyDeleteOh my word! What I wouldn't give to have a shop like that near me. But then I suppose I would be broke. :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your win, Anne! How cute, and it couldn't have gone to better home!
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing Antique Mall! Make me want to jump in the car and head inland! When you said you had something on your blog that I would like, I thought FOR SURE you were going to taunt me with a burger from Pilot Butte Drive-In... but the red & white "room"... OH MY GOODNESS. Lock me in there and throw away the key!
I want to see you wearing one of those hats! Oh, I could have done some damage to the wallet in this place.
ReplyDeleteFun stuff! That shop is in Redmond? as in Redmond, WA? or is it in another state? just curious, cuz i grew up in bellevue, and still have friends in redmond... and i could SEND them there if there were something i had to have!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou got some fantastic goodies from Karen. I love all the shop photo's, I wish it was closer for me to visit. Thanks for taking us on a tour.
