Jill Monley was the featured quilter. She made this quilt for her niece who is getting married this week. She had taken a class from Mary Lou Weidman in July (of THIS year). Talk about getting something done quickly…Wow.

The guild has an annual retreat and there’s always a class you can take if you want to. This year they made quilts using the snail’s trail block.
And it looks like I wasn’t the only person thinking of the holidays when it was hot. LOL
This one depicts a grandma hanging out with the kids.
Parking was in a vacant DIRT lot across the street. What with all the wind, I got back to my car and you couldn’t even tell what color it was. I’ve never seen it so dirty. So, look what I did…
It was a great day. Congrats to the guild on another successful show.
WOW, thanks for the great pictures, the quilts are wonderful & unique, you all live in the "most beautiful part of this country". Our family vacationed once a year in Sun River & had so much fun up on the mountain. Thanks for the memories.
