These last few pictures are of some handmade sheep by a local artist.   Her name is Carolyn Harwell and she’s from Orting, WA.   She raises sheep, spins the wool and then makes these beautiful sheep, all by hand.    Don’t you just love it when you can see the handwork of a true talent?

Aren’t they wonderful?

So, if you see anything you can’t live without, give Louann a call at Folkart Gatherings and she’ll be more than happy to help you out.

  3. LOVE those sheep! They would perfectly compliment my Harold Turpin houses. I am certain I must head up that way to see this shop.

  6. Thank you so very much for writing such lovely words about my sheep. It gives me oodles of joy to share them with others. Each one is made with one of my sheep in mind, expressions I see daily from them. They are all such characters. :)
