I know you’ve all seen tons of pictures of quilt market so I won’t bore you with more of the same. Instead I’ll just show you a few of my favorite quilts in some of the booths.
I absolutely fell in love with this one from The Buggy Barn gals. They are featuring it as a new Block of the Month. I immediately came home and ordered it. I can’t wait to get started. The picture doesn’t do it justice at all. It is just stunning. Wanna join me?
Every time I walked past Marcus Brothers booth, I had to stop and take in these 2 quilts. Loved em.
And a Bonnie Blue quilt that I wanted to take home with me. Do you think they would have noticed?
I’ve always liked this quilt and now it’s been published in a book, Juniper and Mistletoe by Kansas City Star publications. I picked it up at Sample Spree. Another project. Wheee
And check out the quilt on the left. It’s all done in WOOL! Oh my, I hope I didn’t drool on it. Barb Cribb, the designer of Wild Thymes, is just so talented.
This quilt was in the Moda booth advertising Brannock and Patek’s new line, Looking Back. I think the line will be out in 2010. I managed to snag a fat pack at Sample Spree. I hope they put this quilt in a pattern. After all, I’ll have to make SOMETHING out of the fabric, right?
Next up…I’ll show you what I may have talked Karen into doing.

Thank you for sharing. I love the quilts in these pictures. Beautiful colours and designs
Oh gosh.... I LOVE all the quilts you showed... sigh. I want to make them all :o)
I think I would be just overwhelmed and want to buy at least half of the things I have seen at the show, lol.
There are a lot of beautiful and wonderful patterns out this year.

I've been very tempted to sign up for that Buggy Barn bom. I was wishing I could see the fabrics in person. From some of the pictures it looked like the yellow was kind of bright. It looks more gold in your picture, I would like it that way.
Lucky you, getting some of Brannock and Patek's new fabric. Can't wait to see that one, too.
Oh dear.....couldn't resist the Buggy Barn BOM....as if I don't have enough projects/kits on my to-do list....it looks fabulous though....can't wait for the first shipment....thanks for sharing the link (I think..LOLOL)

I love and want one of everything. The Buggy Barn quilt is to die for...but then again, they all are!
What could it be? Something in wool?
Thanks for sharing those quilts. I love them all too especially the first one. I am very tempted to do that one.
Thanks for sharing your pictures. I did not see very many from quilt market. Maybe I did not get on the right blog. Anyway love the quilts.

Thanks for the peek at the new Brannock/Patek line . . . . I'm sure to be adding some to my stash - along with Juniper and Mistletoe. I 'need' that book *s*

You really have me tempted, Anne! I'll see how long I can hold out on joining you - not like I'll have anything else to do for a few months - lol! I love ALL the quilts - we have pretty similar tastes!
Cheers!

Thanks for the beautiful post!
Dear Anne,
I am so very sorry about your mom-it is indeed a deep loss when a parent dies.
May you enjoy your memories and allow yourself time to grieve. Sometimes you will be thinking you are okay, and then get ambushed. It's all apart of the healing. My prayers are w/ you

Anne thank you for the photos of the quilt market. Here in Australia we do miss out on so much, so it's great when someone takes photos at places like quilt market or quilt shows, it's like we Aussies are getting a mini version of the market. I so love all the favourite quilts you have shown us, I have recently ordered the Juniper & Mistletoe book can't wait for it to arrive. I look forward to seeing your version of the Buggy Barn BOM, it looks wonderful. from Jenny McH
Anne I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I just read it on Karen's blog. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Hugs!
The Buggy Barn quilt is wonderful! So is the Bonnie Blue quilt. I need to hit the lottery big time.
