While we were stitching away last week, one of Linda’s former students came in with her quilt top to look for border fabric. When I saw her colors for the “Susan’s Dresden Plate” pattern, I instantly fell in love with it.
I love the colors she used. She picked out a pretty green floral fabric for the outer border. It’s amazing how projects can look so different just by changing the colors and fabrics.
Linda was working on more little floral blocks.
And I finished up 2 little stitcheries. Not sure what I’m going to do with them yet.
Pattern is “Snow Much Fun” by This and That patterns.
Hmm, looks like I’m getting ready for Christmas or something!
This pattern is “Marlene” by Primitive Stitches.
It's very beautiful! Amazing what changing of colours can do. The sticheries are very nice indeed! Love all of it. Greetings from Bruges Carine-patchworkstar
