The shop is The Quilt Shack and it's owned by Rhonda Krider. She's a ball of energy and told us that before owning this shop, she owned a coffee shop. We think she still had some caffeine lingering in her system. LOL .

Lots of variety in the fabrics. Amy Butler, Moda, etc.
Some "critter" quilts too.
This apron was adorable. It should be called "4 and 20 Blackbirds". And it might be...I honestly don't know. LOL
She even has a room full of yarn. 
Prineville is horse country, so of course there had to be cowboy/horse fabrics. Very popular in this area.
And then....look what I found.... The "Little Jelly Bags" pattern that I designed with Anne at Bunny Hill. How fun to see it in the store with SAMPLES!
These are the "Bitty", "Small" and "Large" bags.
This one is the "Medium" bag. I didn't expect this trip to be a business trip! ;-).

I only lived in Oregon a year but I tried to visit as many quilt shops as possible. There was a cute little shop up the street where I lived called Country Dry Goods (within walking distance) and then they moved to Canby. Probably a good thing, for me, they moved!
Oh...wish we had a lovely shop like that near by....love your sharing of photos Anne. I hadn't heard from you since last email....I've been a tad under the weather and also didn't want to pester. LOL
My SIL lives in Prineville! We might be going there soon, so I know another place to visit!! Hee Hee!

thanks for sharing pics from your road trip....the internet is good for shopping but you can't beat walking in to a quilt store and seeing all the goodness! Looking forward to pics from the antique store...!

I remember Prineville! . . (& the view as you go down into the valley!) Is the 'butterfly' antique shop still there? What a cute little shop.. . . so now. . . can you consider the trip a 'write-off'? ! ;o)

What a great new shop, Anne! And to walk in and see your own creation - even better! I still have fabric in a drawer I bought from Prairie Girls in Prineville a few years ago - I had planned on making an impressionistic landscape quilt of the painted hills near John Day - well, maybe someday!

Love the pictures of the quilt shop. We have one about 40 minutes away called the Fabric Shack. I used to work in a quilt shop years ago and every time I see pics of one or visit one...it makes me miss all the good times I had working there.

Oh, this quilt/fabric shop looks like so much fun! I could spend hours there looking at all the fabric. My hat off to anyone who quilts, I wish I had the patience to do it, I really love quilts!

Good morning I just found your blog quite by accident and I love it. I am in the quilting, redworking, stitching mode! You are so busy with so many stitchery/quilting things and I love it.
