Quilt show, part 2

Jill Monley was the featured quilter. She made this quilt for her niece who is getting married this week. She had taken a class from Mary Lou Weidman in July (of THIS year). Talk about getting something done quickly…Wow.

The guild has an annual retreat and there’s always a class you can take if you want to. This year they made quilts using the snail’s trail block.

Parking was in a vacant DIRT lot across the street. What with all the wind, I got back to my car and you couldn’t even tell what color it was. I’ve never seen it so dirty. So, look what I did…

WOW, thanks for the great pictures, the quilts are wonderful & unique, you all live in the "most beautiful part of this country". Our family vacationed once a year in Sun River & had so much fun up on the mountain. Thanks for the memories.

Anne I got my dress at Nordstom's in Portland at Lloyd Center is was a whole $90.00, which was a lot back then. Thanks for sharing the quilts with us, I am a quilter too.

WOW, thank you for sharing all of these great quilts. I think Jill is amazing and what is really nice is she is sweet and unefected by her talents. Her sister is a doll too so her Mother did a great job. I love your blog. Keep up the good work.
